Slaughterhouse Machinery:
Our machinery in the slaughterhouse is designed for humane and efficient processing of animals. We ensure animals are rendered by Halal methods for slaughter, minimizing stress. Other machinery includes skinning machines, blood collection systems and carcass splitters. Automated conveyor belts help move carcasses through different stages of processing, such as evisceration, inspection and trimming. Additionally, hoists and mechanical lifting systems ensure safe handling of large animal carcasses, while sanitary washing systems and sterilization equipment maintain hygiene throughout the process.
Processing Unit Machinery:
The processing unit is equipped with specialized machinery for cutting, deboning, packaging and storing meat. Meat cutters and band saws are used for precise cuts, while deboning machines remove bones efficiently. Vacuum sealers and automatic packing lines are used to package products, ensuring they are airtight and secure. Furthermore, automated systems ensure proper weighing and labeling for consistency and quality.
Cold Storage Facility:
Cold storage facilities are equipped with refrigeration systems designed to maintain optimal temperatures for storing meat products. Industrial refrigerators and freezers use compressors, evaporators and condensers to keep the temperature consistently low, typically between - 18°C to - 40°C for frozen meat. These storage areas are equipped with racks and shelves for organized storage and monitoring systems ensure temperature control to prevent spoilage. Additionally, backup power systems are essential to prevent disruptions in the cold chain. The entire facility is designed to ensure that meat products are stored safely until they are ready for distribution, maintaining freshness and quality throughout.
